It all began in 1989, when our chairman H. H. Sheikh Faisal Bin Abdulla Al Mualla decided to take a plunge into the business Arena. Rather than getting into conventional business lines, he established Printing Press, Restaurants, Hotels, etc. He always followed his passion and instincts, entered into diversified business lines meeting the needs of the market and contributing to the regional development. The flagship company Al Neefa Contracting LLC established in 2003. Al Neefa, specialized in multi-storied towers and large projects, renowned for their quality and timely completion, Alneefa Contracting LLC has grown significantly and established itself as one of the leading contracting companies in Umm Al Quwain. With an employee strength of around 1400 and the most trusted construction contracting company in the region.
