JOINERY
Our joinery division specialized in the manufacture and fitting of both traditional and contemporary joinery, be it large or small scale including windows, doors, conservatories, partitions and false ceilings, fitted furniture and stairs, counters and exhibition stands. We carry out the projects from the designing stage if required. All the aforementioned products are crafted in our Um Al Quwain workshop, purpose-made to customer’s specifications. Quality and durability is ensured of the materials using including both hardwood and softwood timbers.
ALUMINUM & GLASS WORKS
At our Aluminum & Glass works division established in 2003 to reinforce our contracting company. We manufacture Aluminum Claddings, doors and windows, structural frames etc. we deal with powdered and coated aluminum end products. Glass works include Glass doors, Windows, Shower cubicles, Partitions, Mirrors and decorative settings, again with various types of glasses like toughened, sand blasted etc.
STEEL FABRICATION
At our steel fabricating division, we are fully equipped with the most modern machinery for fabricating building metal structures by cutting (traditional cutting including sawing, chiseling, shearing plus cutting using laser/plasma cutters and water jet method), bending (manual hammering or machine powered), and assembling (from welding, binding with adhesives, riveting, threaded fasteners to the most modern techniques) processes. The end product will be high quality steel castings according to the project requirements.
POLISHING WORKSHOP
At our polishing workshop, we start working on the approved designs with workshop drawings being done if required. Materials are sawn into component form, and where necessary stored for a further period in the workshops to acclimatize. The wood then goes through its initial machining, being planned and dimensioned before jointing takes place. Further work will be undertaken at the bench to refine the components before assembly. After assembly and cleaning up, the work will be inspected prior to polishing. Once polished, other elements such as glazing, lighting or upholstery will be fitted as appropriate.
SWITCHGEAR DIVISION
Our switchgear division operates conforming to various national/international standards and to the stringent requirement of the principals. Assembly is carried out in a controlled manner with stage by stage inspection conducted at certain prescribed intervals to check and verify that the product/System conforms to relevant standards. It is also ensured that the final product/System is in conformity to the final approved drawing and specification of the consultants/ customers. We deal with Main distribution panels, Sub-main distribution panels, Control Panels, Capacitor banks, Feeder pillars, Generator control & Synchronization panels, Final distribution boards.
WATER PROOFING WORKS
In construction, a building or structure is waterproofed with the use of membranes to protect contents underneath or within as well as protecting structural integrity. We make use of new technology in waterproof membranes which relies on polymer based materials that are extremely adhesive to create a seamless barrier around the outside of a structure.
