COMPANY HISTORY
It’s all began in 1989, when our chairman Sheikh Faisal Bin Abdulla Al Mualla decided to take a plunge into the business Arena. Rather than getting into conventional business lines, he established printing press, restaurants hotels etc. He always followed his passion and instincts, entered into diversified business lines meeting the needs of the market and contributing to the regional development. The flagship company Alneefa contracting LLC established in 2003. Al Neefa, specialized in multistoried towers and large projects, renowned for their quality and timely completion, is the most trusted construction contracting company in the region.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Punnoose Mathew is the managing director of Al Neefa Contracting Co .L.L.C since 2001. This company is established and developed under the leadership of Mr. Punnoose Mathew and he is basically a qualified Civil Engineer with 35 years in different construction fields in UAE. He is very particular to keep the clients and customers in happy with good approach and communications. He is the right person to lead the professional team with proper guidance for the progress of the company as well as satisfaction of the client.
